摘要
多卷扬是大吨位履带起重机起升机构常用的形式,其同步性能的控制和实现是整机安全作业的关键。利用ADAMS和Matlab软件,建立了四卷扬起升机构的仿真模型和控制模块,完成了起升过程的联合控制仿真。结果表明,合理的控制策略及参数设置能很好地保证起升过程中各卷扬的均载,保证吊重的平稳起升。
Multi-winch is the normal type for the hoisting mechanism of large-tonnage crawler crane. It's critical for safety operation to control and realize the synchronization performance. The simulation model and control module are built for 4-winch hoisting mechanism by ADAMS and Matlab, to realize combined control simulation during the hoisting process. The result shows that proper control strategy and parameter setting can effectively ensure equal loading of each winch and stable lifting.
