摘要
设计制作一种小型双循环气液平衡实验装置,对其主体尺寸适当调整,目的是减少实验药品的消耗。采用新型材料制作放料旋钮,配备不同形式箱体,并应用于实际物系的汽液平衡数据测定。结果表明:此气液平衡实验装置结构合理,操作简便,数据准确,使用溶液量小。配备不同形式箱体,便于实验操作与日常管理。
Designed a small experiment device with double circulating vapor-liquid equilibrium, and its main dimensions are properly adjusted to reduce the experimental drug consumption. The production of new material discharged knob, provided with different forms of body and applied to practical systems of vapor liquid equilibrium. The results show that the vapor-liquid equilibrium experinaent device has reasonable structure, convenient operation, accurate data and using a small amount of solution. Equipped with different forms of box, it will give convenient experiment operation and daily management.
