摘要
通过实验室试验,确定了悬浮密实和骨架密实两种集料级配类型各5个水泥用量共10种水泥稳定碎石路面基层材料的各项材料参数,进而分析了材料在温度、湿度作用下的抗裂性能.分析结果显示,悬浮密实型和骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石路面基层材料不开裂的极限降温幅度和极限失水率都是随着水泥用量的增加而减小;相同水泥用量时,骨架密实型材料较悬浮密实型材料的极限降温幅度高19.9%~24.3%和极限失水率高3.6%~6.8%;骨架密实型材料的最佳水泥用量较悬浮密实型材料的最佳水泥用量低约2%,而最佳水泥用量时极限降温幅度高279%~294%和极限失水率高109%~119%.
Laboratory tests were carried out to determine the material parameters of 10 densely graded cement stabilized crushed stone pavement base materials,which are of floating and frameworking aggregate structures with five (5) cement contents for each structure.Based on the test data,with consideration of actual conditions in highway construction,the anti-cracking properties of the materials were analyzed under changes in temperature and moisture by using the finite element method.Results of the analyses indicate that both the non-cracking ultimate temperature drops and the moisture losses deceases with the increase of cement content.For given cement content,the ultimate tempera-ture drops and the moisture losses of frameworking materials are 19.9%~24.3% and 3.6%~6.8% higher than those of floating materials,respectively.The optimum cement content of the frameworking materials is 2 % lower than that of the floating materials,while the ultimate temperature drops and the moisture losses of frameworking materials are 279%~294% and 109%~119% higher than those of the floating materials at the optimum cement content,respectively.
