摘要
介绍了钠—钙双碱法烟气脱硫存在的问题。通过对山东省某双减法脱硫工程的研究,其投运过程中存在再生过程难以精确控制石灰添加量、副产物极易堵塞滤布、竖流式沉淀池容易造成淤积等问题。针对上述问题,分别对石灰添加系统、氧化系统、沉淀池系统进行改造设计,经过一年的运行达到了良好的效果,完全消除了塔内结垢堵塞的可能,而且脱硫效率提高,运行成本降低。
The problems of Na -Ca double alkali method flue gas desulfurization were introduced. Through the research to a dual alkali method subtraction desulfurization engineering in Shandong province, the existed problems were analyzed, such as lime additive amount difficult to accurately controlled in the regeneration process, the filter cloth easily to be plugged by by - product, the vertical flow sedimentation tank easily to be deposited, etc. In view of the above problems, the design improvements were carried out to lime addition system, oxidative system and Sedimentation tank system. Better effects were obtained in the operation after one year, the probability of the tower fouling complete eliminated, the desulfurization efficiency increased, and the operational cost was reduced.
