摘要
阐述了基于D S P TM S 320F28027的单相全桥逆变数字控制器的实现方法,给出了单相全桥逆变数字控制器硬件和软件的设计方案,并且以S P W M脉宽调制原理为理论依据,根据数字信号处理器(D S P)算法实时计算S P W M的占空比,利用D S P的片上增强型脉冲调制模块(eP W M),实现直流信号到正弦波信号的逆变控制。实验测试结果表明:该控制方案及算法是可行且可靠的。与传统方法相比,能够较好地改善输出波形质量且性能稳定。
A method of digital technology was presented, which is realized by DSP TMS320F28027 to control the single-phase full-bridge inverter, and the design of hardware and software of the single-phase full-bridge inverter was given at the same time. Furthermore, with running the program based on the SPWM theory, with the help of ePWM module, DSP can easily generate PWM signal which is used to control the single-phase full-bridge inverter to realize the DC/AC conversion. The test result shows that the control scheme and algorithm are feasible and reliable. Compared with the traditional method, this method can effectively and steadily improve the output waveform.
