摘要
加强磷矿资源节约与综合利用,是缓解我国磷资源危机的必然要求,也是推进"资源节约型、环境友好型"社会建设的重要战略举措。通过对我国磷资源现状、磷矿采选及磷化工现状调查分析,总结分析磷矿资源开发利用面临的主要问题,提出磷矿资源节约与综合利用在政策、监管、技术三个方面的主要策略,并指出磷矿采选与化工产业发展原则:磷矿资源系统开发,合理梯级利用,基础磷化工产品注重规模效益,精细磷化工产品注重多样化、系列化发展。
Strengthening conservation and comprehensive utilization of phosphate resources ,is inevitable requirement of the phosphate resources crisis ,and the important strategic measures to the construction of society thrift energy and friendly environment .The phosphate resource status and situation of phosphate resource conservation and comprehensive utilization in china was investigated and analyzed . Then the main difficulties in phosphate resources exploitation and utilization were summarized .Finally ,the main strategy of policy ,regulation and technology that were involved in the phosphate resource conservation and comprehensive utilization was summarized .And the development principle for phosphate ore mining-processing and phosphate chemical industry is pointed out that phosphate resource is exploited by the numbers ,cascade used reasonably ,dimension beneficial results are emphasized for basic phosphorus chemical ,and pay attention to varieties ,series for the production of fine phosphorus chemical .
