摘要
研究了不同单煤及配煤的硫释放特性并分析了其影响因素。结果表明,煤阶、全硫含量、温度以及配比对煤中硫的释放行为有主要影响。煤阶越高、全硫含量越高,硫的释放量越大,煤中硫完全释放所需时间越长,ms释放/m全硫比值越大,硫的释放率越大,煤中硫的残余量越少;不同单煤及配煤的硫释放量,都随温度的升高而增大,配煤的硫释放特性总是与配比大的单煤趋于一致;此外,煤灰中的碱性成分对煤中硫释放的阻碍作用随(Ca+Mg)/S摩尔比的增大而增强。
The release characteristics and its influencing factors of different raw coals and blended coals have been studied and analyzed .The result shows that coal rank ,sulfur content ,temperature and blending ratio are the main affecting factors in sulfur release process .The coals of higher rank and sulfur content present a larger amount of sulfur emission and a longer time to reach the emission end .When the ms release mtotal sulfur ratio is bigger ,the sulfur left in coal will be less as the sulfur release rate become larger .It can be observed that the amount of sulfur emission of both the raw coals and blended coals increases as the temperature rising .The release characteristics of sulfur in blended coals are always keeping up with that of raw coals that has a larger proportion .It is also concluded that the obstruction of alkaline components in coal ash is stronger when the (Ca+Mg)/S molar ratio is bigger .
