摘要
目的:观察不同混合方法制成的抗生素骨水泥中抗生素对骨水泥力学性能的影响,以期为临床骨水泥的使用提供实验依据。方法:将不同剂量的万古霉素按不同时相分别与40g骨水泥混合,测定各组万古霉素骨水泥的压缩强度、弯曲模量和弯曲强度。结果:2g以下万古霉素两种混合方式的力学结果均高于ISO5833标准,当骨水泥中加入3g万古霉素的时候两种混合方式与其它各组之间统计学有差异。结论:2g以下万古霉素均不影响骨水泥的力学性能,抗生素的剂量大于2g时将对骨水泥的力学性能产生影响,两种混合方法对骨水泥力学性能的无明显影响。
Objective:To observe the influence of different mixture methods on mechanical property of antibiotic-loaded bone cement in order to provide clinical experimental basis for clinical application. Methods: Different dose vancomycin were add in 40g of bone cement at different time in which compression strength,flexural modulus,flexural strength of bone cement in vitro were measured in different group. Results: The mechanical properties of antibiotic-loaded bone cement in below 2g vaneomyein group was better than international standard ISO5833, and there was significant difference among other groups when added 3g vaneomycin. Conclusion: Bone cement does not affect mechanical property of antibiotic-loaded bone cement when added 1-2g vancomycin,and can affect mechanical property of antibiotic-loaded bone cement by adding 1 -2g vaneomyein by adding above 2g antibiotics in which two mixture methods does not affect the mechanical strength of bone cement.
