摘要
:通过对 45 / 45、W6 Mo5 Cr4V2 / 45钢的超塑性扩散连接接头的室温力学性能、接头界面组织以及界面碳扩散等进行测试分析发现 ,在足够的预压力和良好的连接表面状态下 ,同种钢材的超塑性扩散连接接头形成了牢固的冶金结合 ,接头界面层可以完全消失 ;异种钢材的超塑性扩散连接接头界面仍清晰可见 ,界面是由冶金结合区、机械结合区及显微空隙等组成。
The mechanical properties at the room temperature, microstructure and interface carbon diffusion of superplastic diffusion joint of 45/45, W6Mo5Cr4V2/45 steel have been investigated and analyzed. It is concluded that the joint interface can be completely disappeared and a strong metallurgical joining is formed between the same steels (45/45) under the condition of enough prestrain and good joint surface; but for different steels (W6Mo5Cr4V2/45), the joint interface cannot be completely disappeared, which consists of metallurgical joining area, mechanical joining area and microcavity.
