摘要
本文详细分析了金矿尾矿的组分构成并与常用陶瓷原料作了对比分析 ,认为这种尾矿经除杂后可以作为陶瓷墙地砖生产中的优质长石代用原料 .尾矿经螺旋溜槽分级 (重选 )、弱磁选、强磁选、浮选等工艺 ,有效降低了尾矿中的铁、硫含量 ,制成合格的长石粉原料 ,并用该原料作为陶瓷墙地砖坯料在生产线上进行了一次低温快烧试验 。
Compared with common raw materials used the composition constituent of gold mine tailings are analyzed in this paper.It is considered that the tailings can replace fine feldspar after removing mixtures.After lowing the content of iron and sulphur in the tailings by ways of gravity,weakly and strongly magnetic, floation concentation process etc.,the tailings are made into standard feldspar powder.The standard product is made in production line through a quickly burning test at lower temperature with standard feldspar powder.
