摘要
我国已经形成了完备的现代高等职业教育体系,但由于缺乏系统的学生职业能力评价体系指导,导致整个高等职业教育体系滞后于经济社会发展。为此,应构建全面的职业能力评价体系,包括显性职业能力和隐性职业能力2个一级指标以及基础知识、专业能力、职业素质、方法能力和社会能力5个二级指标。
China has formed a complete modem vocational education system. But the lack of systematic guidance for eval- uation system of students' vocational ability resulted that higher vocational education system is seriously lagging behind economic and social development. Thus, it is vital to construct a comprehensive vocational ability evaluation system, which should contain 2 first-grade indicators, that are dominant and recessive vocational competence, and 5 second-grade indicators, that are basic knowledge, professional competence, vocational quality, method ability and social competence.
