摘要
航空产品外形复杂,制造精度高,其公差信息内容繁多,关联性强,是控制产品最终制造精度的依据,为了实现航空产品装配公差信息的动态完整表达,针对飞机组件装配过程提出了一种构建装配公差全局模型的方法。此方法在装配结构树的基础上,引入弧表示公差元信息,将设计信息及装配工艺过程信息通过标准映射规则融入全局公差模型;在全局公差模型的基础上,借助扩展邻接矩阵给出了装配公差模型的矩阵表示,支撑全局公差模型的应用。在理论研究的基础上以某型飞机的典型组件为实例,验证了方法的有效性。
In order to realize the complete expression of assembly tolerance information for aircraft assembly, a method of constructing global assembly tolerance modeling was proposed in this paper. This method adopted arc to express meta-tolerance information on the basis of the product-structure tree; the design information and assembly process information was fused into global model through standard mapping rules. An expandable adjacency matrix, used to store model data, was defined on the basis of the global model. At last, through taking an aircraft typical component as example, the effectiveness of the method was verified.
