结构方程模型在军事训练伤致因分析中的应用 被引量:13

Application of a structural equation model to analysis of causes of military training injuries

摘要 目的分析部队共同科目军事训练伤致因,为军事训练伤预防提供依据。方法收集调查问卷370份,以事故致因综合论为理论基础,建构部队共同科目军事训练伤致因假设模型,并利用结构方程模型拟合。结果模型的基本适配度、外在质量、内在质量、相关性等均在合理范围内,模型拟合较为理想。结论部队共同科目军事训练伤致因由人的因素、物的因素和管理因素3个潜在变量构成。结构方程模型在部队共同科目军事训练伤致因分析中具有良好的应用效果。 Objective To analyze the causes of military training injuries related to common training subjects and to advise on prevention of military training injury. Methods A total of 370 questionnaires were collected. With a structural equation model, the assumed model for military training injury related to common training subjects was constructed on the basis of integration theory about the causes of accident. Results The basic goodness of fit, external quality and internal quality and relevance of the model were acceptable, and the result of model fitting was satisfactory. Conclusion The military training injury related to common training subjects was caused by three potential variables:human factors, material factors and management factors. The structural equation model is highly applicable to analysis of the causes of military training injury concerning the common training subjects.
