摘要
在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,锡(Ⅳ)与题示试剂在稀硫酸介质中可以形成一紫红色配合物。其吸收峰位于541nm,相应的摩尔吸光系数ε541=1.61×10~5L·mol·cm^(-1)。反应具有较高的选择性,共存离子中仅锗与锆有干扰。方法可用于某些铜合金及钢铁试样中微量锡的测定。
In the presence of cationic surfactant CTMAB, tin (Ⅳ) ions can react to form a red-purple complex with 9-(3'-pyridyl)-2, 6, 7-trihydroxyfluorone (3'-PyF) in a dilute sulfuric acid solution. The complex shows an absorption maximum at 541 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.61×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The molar ratio of Sn: 3'-PyF in complex is found to be 1: 2. The reaction is highly selective. Most metal ions do not interfere with the determination of tin except zirconium and germanium ions. A new method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of tin in steel and brass has been developed.
