摘要
利用自蔓延高温燃烧合成结合机械压力方法制备了TiC -Ni金属陶瓷 ,研究了TiC-Ni金属陶瓷材料的热膨胀性质随温度和组成的变化关系。结果表明 ,材料的热膨胀系数随温度的升高单调递增 ,上升相同温度情况下 。
TiC-Ni cermets were prepared by combining forced compaction and self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS).The relationship between thermal expansion coefficient of the resultant material and temperature as well as compositions have been investigated. The experimental results indicate that thermal expansion coefficient of TiC-Ni cermets increased monotonously with temperature increasing, and also increased with Ni content when the cermets were heated to the same temperature.
