摘要
合成了新试剂 1 ,5-二 (2 -羟基 - 5-溴苯 ) - 3-氰基甲月替 (HBPCF) ,并研究了它与锌的显色反应。在 p H 9.5的氨 - NH4 Cl介质中 ,Zn( )与 HBPCF反应生成 1∶ 2的蓝色配合物 ,在波长660 nm处有最大吸收 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .9× 1 0 4 。 Zn( )浓度在 0~ 2 5μg/2 5ml服从比耳定律。方法应用于头发、葡萄糖营养素和黑米羹中微量锌的直接测定 。
The synthesis of 1,5 di (2 hydroxy 5 bromophenyl) 3 cyanoformazan is discribed and a photometric method for the determination of zinc with this new chromogenic reagent is studied. In an NH 3 NH 4Cl buffer medium of pH 9.5 zinc(Ⅱ) reacts with the reagent to form a blue complex which has an absorption maxima at 660nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.9×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~25μg/25ml. The method has been applied to the direct determination of zinc(Ⅱ) in human hair, glucose nutrient and black rice with satisfactory accuracy and precision.
