摘要
高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作与育人工作的体系日渐完善,资助育人工作也开始得到广泛关注.本文将经济资助、精神扶助以及成长支持系统有机结合起来,创新资助育人理念,构建以培养合格人才为目标导向的资助育人工作框架,以期有效提升资助工作的育人实效.
College students from economically disadvantaged families funding work and education system is increasingly improved, funding and educational work also began to get attention. This article will combine financial aid, spiritual assistance as well as growth support systems, innovative funding and educating idea, build a training qualified personnel for the goal-oriented education funding framework, in order to effectively enhance the effectiveness of funding work and educating people.
