摘要
目的探讨米力农在慢性心功能不全患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的80例慢性左心衰患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规措施进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用米力农进行治疗。治疗2w后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间及住院时间,并观察治疗前后心功能的改善情况。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,平均症状缓解时间及住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗后左心室整体的收缩末容积(ESV)及舒张末容积(EDV)均显著低于治疗前及对照组,而峰值射血率(PER)/EDV及射血分数(EF)显著高于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论应用米力农能快速减轻慢性心功能不全患者的临床症状、缩短住院时间、改善患者心功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of milrinone in the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods Eighty patients with chronic left cardiac failure were selected in our hospital, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, The patients in control group received routine treatment,while those in observation group were added milrinone together with routing treatment. Two weeks after treatments, the clinical effects, symptomatic remission time and hospital stays of patients were compared in two groups, and the improved condition of cardiac function was examined before and after treatment. Results In milrinone together with routing treatment group,the total effective rates were higher,mean symptomatic remission time and hospital stays were shorter than in control group,and the differences had statistical significance. After treatment, the whole left ventricular end systolic volume （ESV） and end diastolic volume （EDV） were significantly lower, while peak ejection rate （PER）/EDV and ejection fraction （EF） were significantly higher in observation group than that before treatment and the routine treatment group. Conclusion Application of milrinone can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency, reduced hospital stays and ameliorate cardiac function. Hence, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
