摘要 木酚素是存在于亚麻籽种皮中的一种生理活性物质,其溶剂提取受到多种因素的影响。该试验对亚麻木酚素的实验室提取过程进行单因素影响试验,确定乙醇浓度70%,液料比为15∶1,提取时间4h,提取温度50℃是单因素最佳提取条件,为进一步开展多因素耦合提取奠定了基础。 Lignan flax exist in the skin of a physiological active substance, its Solvent Extraction of a number of factors effect. This article on sub-lignan single factor affecting the Extraction Process of laboratory experiments to determine alcohol concentration of 70%, Liquid Ratio of 15:1, the extraction time 4h, optimum extraction Conditions of Extracting temperature of 50 C is a single factor, laid the foundation for further extraction of multiple factors.
