摘要
目的:观察射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例用射干麻黄汤加减,对照组40例用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,两组均以14天为一疗程。结果:治疗组治愈33例,显效12例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率91.67%;对照组治愈5例,显效10例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。结论:射干麻黄汤加减治疗寒饮伏肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘有较满意的疗效。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Shegan Mahuang Decoction in treating infantile cold drink obstructing lung type cough variant asthma.Methods ： give the Shegan Mahuang Decoction to the treatment group of Chinese medicine, 100 - 200mL decoction with water, have it warmly morning and evening.The control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets, once a day.14 days are 1 treatment course for the two groups.Resuhs： the treatment group of Chinese medicine, 60 cases, 33 cases were cured, effective in 12 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total effective rate was 91.67%; The control group 40 cases, 5 cases were cured, effective in 10 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total effective rate was 75%.Conclusion ： sheganmahuang Decoction for the treatment of cold drink obstructing lung type cough variant asthma obtained more satisfactory curative effect, better than the control group of Western medicine.
