摘要
目的研究医院医务人员职业暴露的发生情况及其影响因素,探讨防护措施。方法通过询问和资料调查方式,对某医院感染上报的69例次职业暴露者情况进行了调查分析。结果 69例次职业暴露者以护士居多,占63.77%;医生次之,为26.09%。暴露源以携带乙型肝炎病毒的血液为主,占暴露总例次数的41%。暴露多数发生在注射、穿刺过程针刺和拔针的瞬间,有88.41%的人在发生刺伤后能及时正确地处理暴露部位,未发生职业暴露感染病例。结论该医院医务人员职业暴露接触源危险因素明确,伤后及时有效处理是关键措施。
Objective To study the situation of occupational exposure and its influencing factors of medical staff in a hos- pital so as to explore the protective measures. Methods Inquisition and data surveys were used to conduct the survey of the situation of 69 cases with occupational exposure. Results Among 69 cases with occupational exposure, nurses were the most that accounting for 63.7% , followed by doctors accounting for 26. 09%. The main source of exposure was blood carrying HBV, accounting for 41%. The occupational exposure mainly occurred during the operation of injection, needle and puncture. There were 88. 41% medical staff could treat the exposure sites correctly. There was no occupational exposure to infections. Conclusion The risk factors of the source of occupational exposure in this hospital are clear, and the key measures are timely and effective treatment after injury.
