摘要 大型灌区的节水改造和病险工程重建是当前我国灌区建设的一项重要任务。本文介绍了病险工程红星渡槽重建中的施工方法和技术决策。施工过程中利用钢支架的设计布置,采用不分期、分肋多工作面对称浇筑法,并通过改变拱肋混凝土的浇筑顺序以适应并调节拱架变形顺序,突破了无绞拱的常规工法,保障了施工安全和工程质量。 Water-saving reconstruction and risky project rebuilding of large irrigation area form a major task of irrigation area building in China currently. The construction method and technology decision-making of Hongxing Aqueduct Reconstruction, a risky project, are introduced in the paper. Steel bracket is used in the construction process for design and layout, symmetrical casting method with different stages and ribs in multiple working faces is adopted, the arch frame deformation sequence are adapted and regulated by changing the casting sequence of arch rib concrete, thereby breaking through normal working method without hinge arch, and guaranteeing construction safety and project quality.
