摘要
玉米秸秆在预处理过程中会生成酵母抑制物,不利于发酵产乙醇。考察了七种模型抑制物对酵母菌发酵乙醇的影响,并考察了高干固浓度预处理玉米秸秆(PCS)酶解液对酵母发酵乙醇的抑制作用。得到:对酿酒酵母FE-B抑制作用由强到弱为苯系化合物>呋喃衍生物>弱酸类;干固浓度(TS)高于29.4%时,其中抑制物对酵母抑制非常严重。
Inhibitors are produced during pretreatment of corn stalk,which is limited to ethanol product.The effect of seven model inhibitors on ethanol production using cerevisiae was researched.The inhibition on saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation using enzymatic hydrolysate of pretreated corn stalk with high total solids content was also studied.Benzene hydrocarbons inhibit saccharomyces cerevisiae more seriously than furan derivatives and weak acids respectively.Saccharomyces cerevisiae was seriously inhibited when total solids content was higher than 29.4%.
