摘要
目的了解高等院校护理大专生对演示实验课评价的现状。方法采用自设问卷对272名正在进行演示实验课学习的护理大专生进行调查。结果演示实验课评价总分(53.79±0.41)分,4个维度条目均分为教学方法(3.33±0.16)分,课程设置(3.43±0.14)分,教学效果(3.29±0.11)分,综合测评(3.39±0.06)分;学生认为目前实验教学存在与临床实际结合少(46.0%)、缺乏动手机会(47.8%)等问题。结论护理大专生对演示实验课评价总体处于中上水平,但认为仍然存在学生动手参与机会过少,及时更新教学内容方面有所欠缺,教学效果欠佳等问题,护理专业院校及教师应通过更新教学内容、改进教学方法、注重能力培养、促进互助学习等方法,以提高教学质量。
Objective To investigate the evaluation on the demonstration experimental teaching among associate nursing students. Methods Totally 272 associate nursing students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of evaluation on the demonstration experimental teaching was(53.79±0.41); the factor scores of teaching method, curriculum design,teaching outcomes and comprehensive evaluation were(3.33±0.16), (3.43±0.14), (3.29±0.11) and(3.39±0.06), respectively. The problems in the experimental teaching reported by the students were gaps between experimental teaching and clinical practice(46.0%) and insufficient opportunities to practice(47.8%). Conclusion The associate nursing students' evaluation on the demonstration experimental teaching is middle-to-high level. However,problems such as insufficient opportunities to practice ,untimely update of teaching content and poor teaching outcomes have been reported by the students. Nursing teachers should update course content timely ,innovate teaching methods,train students' abilities and promote mutual learning to improve the teaching quality.
