摘要
新的电子测量仪器在鉴定前要经过环境（温度、湿度、振动、冲击、运输）、基本安全（绝缘电阻、耐压、泄漏电流）的试验。该试验是评价电子测量仪器质量是否可靠、安全重要指标。本文对电子测量仪器的环境、基本安全试验方法作了介绍。
For a new electronic instrument, it is needed to make the test of environment (temperature, moisture, vibration, impact, and transportation) and basic safety (insulation resistance, impulse withstand voltage, leaking current) before using. The test is an important target of evaluating quality, safety, and reliability. In this paper, the testing methods for environment and basic safety demands of general electronic instruments are introduced and discussed.
