摘要
报道了 PZT—YBa Cu O复合氧化物陶瓷的制备及不同温度电导率的测定 .表明样品具有很强的热敏功能 .温度由室温上升至 94 5℃ ,电导率由 3.33× 1 0 - 5 ( Ω- 1 cm- 1 )增至 1 .0 4× 1 0 - 1 ( Ω- 1 cm- 1 ) ,可变化 4个数量级 .
PZT—YBaCuO composite oxde ceramices were prepared and electrical conductivities were determined in different tempereture. It shows that the material have stronger thermistor functions.The electrical conductivity from 3.33×10 -5 Ω -1 cm -1 to 1.04×10 -1 Ω -1 cm -1 with tempereture from roomtempereture to 945℃. It changed four order of magnitudes.
