摘要
从应急广播及其对终端要求的概念出发,介绍了有线数字电视网传输应急广播的优势、基本方案、相关规范的应用,对原相关规范的修改建议以及基于有线数字电视终端应急广播的实现机制进行了阐述,最后对"十二五"中后期有线数字电视应急广播的完善提出了观点。
Based on the concept of emergency broadcast and it＇s requirement of terminal,the advantage and basic solution and the application of relevant standards of digital cable TV network transmission emergency broadcast,the suggestion of revising original relevant standards and the realization mechanism of cable digital TV terminal based on emergency broadcast are analyzed.The views on the perfection of cable digital TV broadcasting during “the late 12th Five-Year Plan” are put forward.
