摘要
利用钒的新指示反应建立了一个非常灵敏的测定痕量钒催化动力学分光光度法。它基于在热的稀硫酸溶液中,有抗坏血酸存在时,劳氏紫与溴酸钾反应受钒(V)催化而吸光度降低。方法灵敏度为3.11×10^(-13)g/ml。测定范围分别为0~12 ng/25 ml和12~20ng/25ml钒。本方法可用于水、人发、煤样品中痕量钒的测定。
An unusually sensitive method has been developed for the catalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric determination of trace vanadium by using a new indicator reaction. It is based on the decrease in the adsorbance of Lauth′s violet with potassium bromate catalyzed by vanadium(V)in the heating solution of dilute H_2SO_4 and in the presence of ascorbic acid. The sensitivity of this method is 3. 11×10^(-13)g/ml. The ranges of determination are 0~12 and 12~20 ng/25ml, respectively. Trace amounts of V(V)in water, human hair and coal samples can be determined by this method.
