摘要
以一款弱捻童巾为例,对弱捻纱作为毛经纱进行上浆的工艺作探讨。通过对采用双浸双压工艺时所出现的问题进行分析,结合弱捻纱本身的特点,制定了单浸单压的上浆工艺,同时在浆料配方和工艺参数方面进行了相应调整,取得了理想的浆纱效果。
Sizing process is discussed by using children towel of soft twisted loop warps as an example. Sizing process of single dip and single pressure is worked out after analyzed problems in double dip and double pressure process combined the characters of soft twisted yarn. Better sizing effect is finally achieved after optimized size formula and process parameters.
