摘要
在真实工作预览视角下,以工作0.5-2年物流企业新员工为对象进行问卷调查,并对问卷调研结果进行实证分析。通过因子分析构建由物流企业本身客观性、招聘流程客观性、待遇客观性、工作本身客观性、职业发展客观性和弹性客观性等6个方面构成的物流企业招聘信息客观程度评价维度模型。结果表明,物流企业在招聘过程中向求职者展示的职业发展和弹性两方面信息的客观真实程度相对较低,而在待遇客观性中薪酬福利信息的客观真实程度相对较低。另外,新员工对招聘信息应该客观真实总体持支持和肯定态度,并认为招聘信息不客观将会影响他们的工作满意度。研究结果建议在RJP的设计过程中,研究者应该将信息关注于薪酬福利、培训、晋升、工作压力、作息时间、物流企业价值观等方面。
In this paper, from the perspective of real job preview, we had a questionnaire survey on employees that had been working ibr logistics enterprises for a period between 0.5 year and 2 years. Then on the basis of an empirical analysis of the finding of the survey, we used factor analysis to build the dimensional model for the evaluation of the objectiveness of the employment information of logistics enterprises which consisted of the six aspects which were objectiveness of the enterprise itself, objectiveness of the employment process, objectiveness of the pay, objectiveness of the work itself, objectiveness of professional development and objectiveness of job flexibility and by applying the model to the finding of the survey, reached several useful conclusions.
