摘要
:本文报道利用离子色谱法结合抑制电导检测器的方法 ,采用DionexIonpicAS9HC (2mm) ,以 0 .2 5mL/min流速的 9mmol/LNa2 CO3 作为淋洗液 ,在高氯化钠的含量条件下 ,同时成功地分离和检测痕量的硝酸盐、磷酸盐和非痕量的溴盐、硫酸盐 ,各离子在抑制电导检测下有很好的线性 ,检测下限分别为 :NO3-0 .314μg/mL ,PO4 3 -0 .2 39μg/mL ,Br-0 .111μg/mL及SO4 2 -0 .181μg/mL。对不同地区的海水进行测定 ,其回收率为 78%至 117%。
An ion chromatographic method with suppressed conductance detector for the simultaneous separation and determination of NO 3 -,PO 4 3- ,Br -and SO 4 2- in the high content of NaCl. Separation was performed on a Dionex Ionpci AS9-HC 2mm column by using 9mmol Na 2CO 3 as eluent. Good linearities of the concentrations of all and relevant peak area responses were achieved.The detection limits were 0.314μg/mL for NO 3 -,0.239μg/mL for PO 4 3- ,0.111μg/mL for Br -and 0.181μg/mL for SO 4 2- by suppressed conductance detection.The method has been successfully applied to seawater in different regions,and the average recoveries for variousions ranged from 78% to 117%.
