正常人骶髂关节骨髓T_2值初步探讨 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨正常人骶髂关节周围骨髓及L5椎体靠近下终板骨髓含水量的差异。方法对12例健康志愿者(男性7例,女性5例)进行骶髂关节T_2图扫描,测量骶髂关节各个象限以及L5椎体靠近下终板骨髓的T_2值,对双侧骶髂关节各个象限的T_2值进行两两配对T检验,并对骶髂关节周围骨髓正常T_2值与L5骨髓T_2值进行比较。结果骶髂关节髂骨侧骨髓T_2值大于骶骨侧骨髓T_2值,大于L5椎体骨髓T_2值,骶髂关节上下部的T_2值差异无统计学意义。结论正常人骶髂关节髂骨侧骨髓含水量高于骶骨侧骨髓的含水量,高于L5椎体靠近下终板骨髓的含水量。 Objective To determine the water content of normal bone marrow around the sacroiliac joints and L5 vertebra. Methods Twelve healthy volunteers (7 men and 5 women ) underwent T2 mapping using a 1.5 T MR system. The T2 values of bone marrow around the upper and lower sacroiliac joints and L5 vertebral endplates were measured and compared using the paired samples t-test. Results The T2 values of iliac bone marrow were greater than those of sacral and L5 vertebral marrow. There was no significant T2 difference between the upper and lower sacroiliac joints. Conclusions The water content of iliac bone marrow is higher than that of sacral and L5 vertebral marrow.
