摘要
分析了现有微波大功率测量装置中定向耦合器的优缺点,提出了一种新型的用于测量微波大功率信号的双定向耦合器。该双定向耦合器可以同时测量传输信号和耦合信号,在小孔耦合的基础上利用耦合片实现信号的耦合。耦合片安装在耦合头内部,耦合头作为一个独立的装置可以根据波导的尺寸调整安装位置。通过调节耦合片与波导的距离,耦合系数可以在一定范围内调节。利用HFSS进行了全波电磁场仿真,在ISM频段利用BJ-26波导验证了设计。该双定向耦合器体积小,易于装配,特别适用于大功率、双向测量的场合。
Both advantage and disadvantage of current microwave high-power measurement device is in-vestigated at first, then a novel bidirectional coupler used in microwave high-power measurement is presen-ted in this paper. The bidirectional coupler can measure both transmission and reflection signal at the same time, which use coupling patch based on aperture coupling to realize signal coupling. Coupling patch is in- stalled on coupling head, and as a standalone device, it can adjust its installation position according to waveguide size. By changing the distance between coupling and waveguide, coupling factor can be tuned within a specific range. The design was verified in a BJ-26 waveguide in ISM band by using HFSS to take a full wave EM simulation. This bidirectional coupler is small and easy to install which is particularly ap- plicable to high-power and bidirectional measurement.
