摘要
铁路作为国民经济的大动脉,平时在社会和经济发展过程中发挥着重要作用,在地震灾害发生后则是抗震救灾的生命线,而铁路隧道则是这条生命线上的咽喉要道。研究地震发生后如何快速评估铁路隧道的震害损失对抗震救灾和灾后重建工作具有重要的意义。本文针对铁路隧道工程的构造特点和地震灾害的破坏形式,基于层次分析法原理提出了适用于铁路隧道地震灾害损失评估的分层加权综合法。研究表明,采用分层加权综合法计算铁路隧道的震害指数,确定其震害破坏等级和相应的损失比,进而计算铁路隧道的地震灾害损失,这种评估方法简单实用,可操作性强,评估结果客观可信度高。
As the main artery of the national economy, in normal times railways play an important role in social and economic development, and subsequent to earthquakes railways are the lifeline of earthquake relief work. Tunnels are like the throat of the relief lifeline. How to fast assess losses of tunnel damages subsequent to earthquakes is of great significance to earthquake relief and post--disaster reconstruction work. In this paper, in view of the characteristics of tunnel engineering structures and forms seismic damages to tunnels and on the principle of analytical hierarchy process (ahp), the hierarchical weighted synthesis method was put forward which was applicable to railway tunnel earthquake disaster loss assessment. The research indicates that it is simple, practical and operational to apply the hierarchical weighted synthesis method to calculate the railway tunnel damage indexes, determine the earthquake damage grade and corresponding loss ratio, and evaluate the railway tunnel earthquake disaster losses. The results of the evaluation are objective and credible.
