摘要
为防止锅炉水冷壁拉裂,国内首台350 MW超临界参数"W"火焰锅炉在设计时,借鉴了已投运的600 MW超临界参数"W"火焰锅炉水冷壁拉裂故障经验。针对水冷壁壁间管温差大、管屏严重超温、管排振动以及膨胀不均等导致锅炉水冷壁拉裂的原因,提出了炉型、燃烧器、配风、结构方面的优化措施。对350 MW超临界参数"W"火焰锅炉原设计方案进行优化,效果需要进一步跟踪观察。
In order to avoid the tension crack of the water cooled wall of boiler, in the design of the first domestic 350 MW super critical "W" flame boiler,the experience has been learned from the tension crack fault of water cooled wall of the 600 MW super critical "W" flame boiler in operation. For reasons caused the tension crack such as the excessive temperature difference among water cooled walls, the serious overheat of pipe panel, the vibration of pipe, and the uneven expansion and so on, optimal design measures for the original design scheme are proposed from aspects of boiler type, burner, wind distribution and structure. The effectiveness needs further more observation.
