摘要
报告以四苯硼酸-维拉帕米离子缔合物作活性材料,制成了普通 PVC 膜型、铂丝涂(PVC)膜型、碳棒涂(PVC)膜型和铂丝涂双层聚合膜型等各类维拉帕米电极,比较了它们的性能。在铂丝表面先修饰一层聚苯胺薄膜,继涂含活性材料的 PVC 膜所制成的双膜电极,线性范围为1.0×10^(-2)~5.7×10^(-6)mol/L,平均斜率为58.0mV/pC,检测下限为2.5×10^(-6)mol/L,在 pH3.0~6.5范围内适用。电极抗干扰能力强,响应快,重现性和稳定性较好。
Using verapamil-tetraphenylborate ion-pair complex as active material,four types of verapamil selective electrodes were prepared such as conventional PVC membrane, Pt-wire coated PVC membrane,carbon-rod coated PVC membrane and Pt-wire coated bilayer polymeric films.Platinum wire is modified by conductive polyaniline,and then coated by PVC membrane containing electroactive material.This kind of electrode shows Nernstian range from 1×10^(-2)mol/L to 5.7×10^(-6)mol/L with a slope of 58.0 mV/pC at pH 3.0~6.5, and the detection limit is 2.5×10^(-6)mol/L.The electrode has satisfactory selectivity,fast response,good reproducibility and stability.
