摘要
先用苯萃取孔雀石绿和氟钽酸的缔合物,然后用丁基罗丹明 B 交换缔合物中的孔雀石绿,用荧光光度法可以测定低至0.07μg 的钽。钽的浓度在0.07~2.0μg/5ml 范围内,荧光强度与其浓度成正比。本法研究了含氧有机溶剂对荧光强度的影响,并测定了溶剂化数和溶剂化常数。此法适用于纯氧化铌和钢样中痕量钽的测定。
In the 6% tartaric acid,complex of malachite green and fluorotantalat was ex- tracted by benzene,and then malachite green in the complex was exchanged with butyl rho- damine B,followed by dilution with acetyl acetone.Extraction-fluorometric detection limit is 0.07μg Ta/5ml,fluoresent intensity is directly proportional to concentration in the range of 0.07~2.0μg Ta/5ml.The method is applicable for the fluorometric determination of trace Ta in pure Nb_2O_5 and steel sample.The effect of oxygenic solvents on the fluoresence ef- ficiency,the solvolytic numbers of oxygenic organic solvent and solvolytic constants have been investigated.
