摘要
首都新机场的建设注定要为廊坊的发展带来巨大的发展机遇。本文主要探讨了新机场临空经济背景下,廊坊如何做好各类必备高端人才的培养与引进,从而充分利用人才战略发挥新机场对廊坊的全面拉动作用,服务区域经济。
New airport construction in Beijing is certain to bring Langfang great developing opportunities. Under the background of new airport economic zones, this paper analyzes the ways of training and introduction on persons with higher abilities. Thus, by making good use of the new airport,it will fulfill Langfang＇s all-round development and serve regional economy better on the base of talents strategy.
