摘要
以C-NCAP为评价目标,利用正面碰撞试验中假人各数据间的关联性,综合分析各约束系统共同作用对假人运动姿态的影响及起到的保护作用,进而提出乘用车乘员约束系统的改进方案。台车碰撞试验验证结果表明,改进方案不但能显著提高约束系统的性能,而且大大缩短了开发周期。
With C-NCAP as assessment objective and using correlation between data of dummy in the frontal collision test, we analyzed the effect and protecting function of restraint system on the dummy's motion posture, and proposed a modification program for the restraint system. Sled test result shows that the modification program not only improves performance of the restraint system, but also shortens the development cycle.
