一种能改善新老混凝土粘结性能的界面剂 被引量:17

A primer to improve the nature of interfacial zone between new and old concrete

摘要 界面剂是影响界面性能的主要因素之一。本文提出以粉煤灰、细砂等作为改性材料 ,配制新型新老混凝土界面粘结剂 (F浆 ) ,经与几种常用界面剂进行对比试验 ,结果表明 ,新型界面剂有效地改善了新老混凝土粘结界面的强度和微观结构。同时 ,本文对各种界面剂的作用机理进行了初步的探讨。 Primer is one of th e main factors influencing the bond interface properties.A modified primer was developed by introducing fly ash and sand.Test results showed that the microstructure of the bond interface between new and old concrete was improved effectively by using the modified primer and the bond strength has a significant increase compared with plain cement paste and expansive cement paste.At the same time,the action mechanism of primers was studied preliminarily.
