摘要 采用焊接热模拟工艺研究Ti-Mg复合脱氧处理对16Mn钢在不同热输入下焊接热影响区组织及冲击性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢经Ti-Mg复合处理后,能够形成一定比例的针状铁素体,从而细化组织,提高钢材强韧性;经过模拟焊接热循环后,由于Ti-Mg复合试样中有大量的针状铁素体,在各焊接热输入条件下冲击性能都高于对比试样,特别是当线能量大于75 kJ/cm时仍可以保证焊接热影响区具有较高的冲击吸收能量值值。 Effect of Ti-Mg complex deoxidation on microstructure and impact property in HAZ of 16Mn steel were investigated by simulation of welding thermal cycle with different welding heat input. The results show that the microstructure of the 16Mn steel is refined after Ti-Mg complex treated as a certain proportion of acicular ferrite forms and the strength and toughness are improved obviously. Due to a mass proportion of acicular ferrite formed in the Ti-Mg complex treated 16Mn steel, the impact property of HAZ is apparently improved under all heat input conditions, especially, when the heat input is over than 75 kJ/cm, the impact obsorbed energy remains high value.
