摘要
为防止大柳塔煤矿厚土层、薄基岩条件下工作面发生压架、重大水灾等事故,以大柳塔煤矿22614工作面为研究对象,通过对工作面顶板基岩厚度变化特征、覆盖层厚度变化特征的分析,以及厚土层、薄基岩开采支架-围岩力学模型的建立,综合确定工作面支架合理工作阻力为9 000 kN。矿压监测显示:来压显现强度和最大阻力大于额定阻力,但均在小于10%的正常范围。因此,确定的支架工作阻力是合理的,适合采场顶板的控制要求。
In order to prevent mining face of thick soil and thin bedrock in Daliuta coal mine from support crushing and great flood, taking the mining face 22614 in Daliuda Coal Mine as the research object, the paper determined comprehensively that the reasonable support working resistance of mining face is 9 000 kN, through analyzing thickness variation of rock roof and covering terrain and building support- surrounding rock mechanical model of thick soil and thin bedrock, the mine pressure monitoring results show that under- ground pressure intensities and maximum working resistance are higher than rated working resistance, but in less than 10% of the normal range. Therefore, the determination of working resistance of support is reasonable, which is suitable for control requirement of the main roof.
