摘要
对角接触球轴承动态特性分析模型进行了改进,缩减了主变量的数目,使动态模型的主方程组更加简化;简化后模型的各变量都是内、外接触角αij,αej的函数,应用二次插值型粒子群优化算法对该模型进行了分析与计算,以常规轴承SKF B218和高精密轴承SNFA VEX 6/NS为例,证明了简化模型和二次插值型粒子群优化算法具有很好的可行性和普适性,而且该算法对简化模型的边界初值不敏感。
The analytical model of dynamic characteristics is improved for angular contact ball bearings,and the number of primary variables is reduced,so the primary equations of the dynamic model become much more simplified.All variables of simplified model are the functions of inner and outer contact angles αijand αej.Furthermore,the quadratic interpolation PSO algorithm is applied to analyze and calculate the model.Taking the conventional bearings SKF B218 and high-precision bearings SNFA VEX 6/NS as examples,the results illustrate that the simplified model and algorithm are valid and universal,and the algorithm is not sensitive to the initial boundary values of simplified model.
