摘要
以一辆新型的单电机、双离合器式混合动力长安轿车为对象,划分其工作模式区域,并制定了工作模式切换过程中转矩协调控制策略和限矩离合器的模糊控制策略。建立了整车动力学模型,并分别进行了行进中电机起动发动机的仿真和台架试验。结果表明,仿真结果与试验数据一致,采用转矩协调控制策略后,有效降低了模式切换过程的冲击度,提高了系统动力传递的平稳性。
Taking a Chang'an hybrid electric car with single motor and dual clutch as object,its operation mode regions are divided and both its coordinated torque control strategy in mode switching process and fuzzy control strategy for limited torque clutch are formulated.A vehicle dynamics model is set up and the simulation and bench test are conducted respectively.The results show that the simulation results agree well with test data,the adoption of coordinated torque control strategy effectively reduces the jerk in mode switching process and enhances the smoothness of power transmission.
