原发性甲状腺功能减退症的个体化替代治疗研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 甲状腺功能减退症（hypothyroidism）简称甲减，是一种常见的内分泌疾病，是指由于不同原因引起甲状腺激素缺乏或生物效应不足，导致以机体代谢和多系统功能减退为特征的一组代谢紊乱综合征，其中90％～95％为原发性甲减，常见病因包括自身免疫、甲状腺手术和甲亢放射性碘治疗后。
