摘要
以La2/3Ca1/3MnO3材料为试样,通过电阻和磁化率随温度变化曲线的同步测量,让学生了解该类钙钛矿结构材料的超巨磁电阻特性(或庞磁阻)(CMR,Colossal Magnetoresistance)以及决定这种特性的双交换作用机理(double exchange),观测绝缘-金属转变和顺磁-铁磁转变,理解金属-绝缘转变和铁磁居里转变的对应关系,认识庞磁阻效应的本质.
The electrical and magnetic properties of the perovskite La 2 /3 Ca 1 /3 MnO 3 are measured at the same time,in which colossal magnetoresistance and mechanism of double exchange are found.Transitions of insulator metal and paramagnetic-ferromagnetic are observed simultaneously,so interactions of electrical and magnetic in those materials are understood more easily.
