摘要
针对现有α探测系统存在的不足之处,提出了改进方案,改进了探测器的定位结构,提出了样本的悬空定位方式,可实现对样本的全方位探测。并且在Pro/E环境下建立实体模型,设计出布局紧凑、加工方便的系统结构。通过试验表明在改进的结构下,有效提高了系统的探测效率。
In view of the existing deficiency of alpha detection system , the improving measures were put for-ward.The positioning structure of detector was improved and samples of the dangling positioning way was pro -posed, so that the alpha detection system can realize comprehensive detection of samples .What is more, estab-lishing solid model in Pro/E environment in order to design a new structure of the system which the layout was compact and convenient to processing .Experiments showed that it can improve the detection efficiency of the system effectively in the improved structure .
