摘要
通过在包钢现有钢种30MnCr22基础上加入B微合金来极大提高钢的淬透性生产80ksi以上钢级接箍料来替代原有钢种25CrMnMo,结果表明工艺确实可行,各项指标均能满足API对80ksi以上钢级N80Q、L80-1、R95及P110接箍性能要求,并极大地降低了钢的成本。
By adding boron alloy to current steel 30MnCr22 of Baotou steel to improve the steel hardenability highly, 25CrMnMo can be instead by 30MnCr22 to produce above 80ksi grade steel collar material. The results show that the technology is definitely feasible, and all indicators can be achieved the API standards in requirement of coupling properties for higher than 80ksi grade steel. These steels include N80Q, L80 - 1, R95 and P110. And the cost of the steel is reduced greatly.
