摘要
传统的以内部质量监控为主的教学质量监控体系已不适应工学结合模式下人才培养要求,在引入利益相关者理论的基础上,探讨学校内部与外部相结合的教学质量监控体系的构建,以及保障体系有效运转的机制。
The traditional monitoring system of teaching quality gives priority to internal quality supervision, which has failed to meet personnel training requirements of the work-integrated learning mode. In the perspective of stakeholder theories, this paper explores the construction of an internal and external teaching quality monitoring system of higher vocational colleges, and mechanisms which guarantee the effective operation of the system.
