摘要
目的:研究黄连素、大黄素、五味子、黄芩苷4种中药成分对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)多重耐药(multiple drug resistance,MDR)株的体外抑菌作用,为临床上根除MDR株提供实验和理论依据.方法:临床分离培养46例H.pylori,琼脂二倍稀释法测定阿莫西林、克拉霉素、左氧氟沙星、四环素、甲硝唑5种抗生素对临床分离株的最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),筛选出MDR株;试管二倍稀释法检测4种中药成分黄连素、大黄素、五味子、黄芩苷对MDR株的MIC,比较分析不同中药对H.pylori多重耐药性的影响.结果:共筛选出6株MDR株,4种中药成分对不同的菌株的MIC值不完全相同,其范围分别为:黄连素12.5 mg/mL,大黄素MIC50-200 mg/mL,黄芩苷25-200 mg/mL,五味子50-100 mg/mL.结论:4种中药成分黄连素、大黄素、五味子、黄芩苷对体外MDR株均有一定的抑菌作用,其中黄连素效果更显著.
AIM: To examine the in vitro bacteriostatic effect of berberine, emodin, schisandra, and baicalin on multiple drug resistant (MDR) strains of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) to provide an experimental basis for clinical killing of these MDR strains.
METHODS: After culturing and isolating forty-six H. pylori strains, the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of amoxicillin, clarithromycin, levofloxacin, tetracycline and metronidazole for the isolated strains were determined by agar dilution method to screen MDR strains. The MICs of berberine, emodin, schisandra, and baicalin for MDR strains were then determined.
RESULTS: Six MDR strains were identified. The MICs of berberine, emodin, schisandra, and baicalin for different MDR strains were not identical, and their ranges were: berberine 12.5 mg/mL, emodin 50-200 mg/mL, baicalin 25-200 mg/mL, and schisandra 50-100 mg/mL.
CONCLUSION: Each of berberine, emodin, schisandra, and baicalin has an appreciated inhibitory effect on MDR strains in vitro, and the effect of berberine is more significant.
